Our 2 pound Kahlua Cake is a decadently rich and moist delight. The ingredients include Krusteaz' Pancake Mix™, oil, eggs and sugar. After baking, the cake is poked then drizzled with a mixture of La lechera and Kahlua. Topped with chopped nuts.
This recipe was given to me by Patty Cueva-Sisto of San Diego. I am donating 10% of each cake sold to Our Lady's School in San Diego. This school is the oldest Catholic Elementary School in San Diego, They prepare children from ages 4-14 for a life of service and leadership. I am proud to be donating to this school.
