Our 2 pound Kahlua Cake is a decadently rich and moist delight. The ingredients include Krusteaz' Pancake Mix™, oil, eggs, and sugar. After baking, the cake is poked then drizzled with a mixture of La Lechera and Kahlua. Topped with chopped nuts. Refrigerate after receiving. Lasts over a week in the fridge, and freezes well for 6 months.

This recipe was given to me by Patty Cueva-Sisto of San Diego. I am donating 10% of each cake sold to Our Lady's School in San Diego.
